11/14/2020 // Day 4: David Leo Rice's 'Drifter: Stories' Cover(s) Reveal!

Today we are releasing the covers for David Leo Rice’s upcoming short story collection ‘Drifter: Stories’ the book so nice we had to cover it twice.

David Leo Rice is the author of ‘A Room in Dodge City’ (Alternating Current, 2017), ‘Angel House’ (Kernpunkt, 2019) a Dennis Cooper ‘Book of the Year’ and ‘The PornME Trilogy’ (The Opiate Books, 2020). His short fiction has been been published in Hobart, Vol. 1 Brooklyn, DIAGRAM and The Rupture, among many other venues.

David currently teaches creative writing at The New School.

We’ve put together two covers: one ‘Summer’ cover and one ‘Winter’ cover. The contents of each book will be identical.

When we open up pre-orders you will be able to choose the cover you want, or you can order both! When pre-orders close, whichever cover gets the most preorders will be the cover chosen for the general release of the book. The cover that gets fewer pre-orders will still be sent to those who ordered it, but kept as a limited release.

In addition, Matthew Revert will be designing a limited release chapbook containing David’s story ‘The Hate Room’.
